Patrick Mahomes was left with hearts in his eyes at his wife Brittany modelling a sizzling new swimsuit ahead of the Super Bowl.
Brittany was posing for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s 60th-anniversary issue ahead of a big week for the Mahomes family.
The 28-year-old took to Instagram to post a video of her latest shoot to her 1.8 million followers on a beach in San Pedro, Belize.
And reacting on social media was her husband Patrick, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, who shared the post on his Instagram story with heart-eye emojis.
Joining as a 2024 rookie ahead of their May edition, Brittany described the shoot as ‘unapologetically herself’.
“I’m truly just so humbled and still in disbelief,” Mahomes told the publication.
“As a girl from Tyler, Texas, who only really knew sports, never in a million years did I think I’d be in the SI Swimsuit Issue. I’m just so grateful for this opportunity.”
Brittany has been catapulted into the limelight recently with her new-found relationship with US pop singer Taylor Swift.
The ‘Shake It Off’ singer is dating Travis Kelce, Mahomes’ teammate at the Chiefs, and there has been a media frenzy ever since their relationship was confirmed.
Swift and Mahomes are often sat alongside each other at the Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City and they’ll no doubt be together at the Super Bowl in Las Vegas this Sunday.
The Chiefs face the San Francisco 49ers, Manchester United legend Roy Keane’s preferred team, at the Allegiant Stadium, which cost just under $2million to construct.
Patrick and Brittany have been married since March 2022 and have two children together, a daughter and son.
They have been childhood sweethearts since meeting in high school, where they were in the same year together.
Brittany had a brief career as a footballer, playing for Icelandic club UMF Afturelding but has since called it a day and become a personal trainer.
She is also a co-owner of the Kansas City Current, who are a women’s professional football team.
Mahomes proposed to his then-partner after winning the Super Bowl in 2020 shortly after being named as the game’s MVP.
