Patrick Mahomes surprises the entire Chiefs offensive line with an early Christmas gift

Despite having a tough year, the Kansas City Chiefs are still the NFL champions and Patrick Mahomes is still the best quarterback in the league. But in order for him to show his magic week after week, he needs the support and efficiency of his league’s offense.

That’s why Mahomes thanked his bodyguards for their work with an expensive Christmas gift, as is the style of quarterbacks with big contracts in the league.

This Thursday, the Chiefs’ X (Twitter) account shared Mahomes’ gift to his linemen, gifts that may not be very functional, but very ostentatious.

What did Patrick Mahomes give his offensive linemen?

Mahomes chose to give each of his linemen a personalized luxury golf cart, with an estimated value of more than $11,700 dollars.

In the video, you can see the linemen leaving the yard where the carts were parked, each one personalized with the number and last name of each player and all of them visibly excited as one by one they got on them to try them out. We will have to wait to find out how many of them play golf, or if they will adapt them for use at home.

This season, the Chiefs offense has allowed Mahomes to throw 25 touchdown passes in 14 games, in exchange for 13 interceptions and although they have had many problems with their aerial attack, they have a record of nine wins and five losses, as leaders of the AFC West.
