Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce Outshined by Chiefs’ Defense Following All-Pro Nominations

The 2023 NFL All-Pro First Team nominations are out. In total, 30 names have been listed. However, only three players are nominated from the Kansas City Chiefs this time for All-Pro First Team.

The Associated Press 2023 NFL All-Pro team was selected by a national panel of 50 members from the media. However, Chiefs’ fans were expecting QB Patrick Mahomes and TE Travis Kelce; surprisingly, they didn’t make it to the list. Instead, shining brighter than these two Chiefs’ players were “one from offense and two from defense.“

The Chiefs had a fine season this time, with their fair share of weekly highs and lows. However, as they made the playoffs, the spotlight was again on Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. But it seems not for the All-Pro team this season. Instead of Mahomes and Kelce, three other players from the Red Army have made it to the much-awaited All-Pro First Team list.
