Taylor Swift unveils fourth and final version of upcoming album and announces new bonus track during Eras Tour concert stop in Singapore

Taylor Swift made an exciting announcement during her Eras Tour concert in Singapore on Sunday

The 34-year-old singer revealed the final version of her upcoming album, The Tortured Poets Department, will include a bonus track titled The Black Dog.

In front of over 50,000 fans for her second night at the Singapore National Stadium, she unveiled the fourth and final version of her forthcoming album — which will be released on April 19.

The album artwork appeared behind her onstage while she sat at her piano, according to posts shared by concertgoers on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The previously unseen album artwork was a black-and-white photo of the multi-Grammy winner — who was recently in Sydney — with one hand running through her hair and another caressing her face.

Later, the Cruel Summer hitmaker took to Instagram to extend the news to her 282 million fans and followers.

‘Old habits die screaming…,’ she wrote in her caption announcing that the final new edition was available for preorder on her website.

In the same post, she shared an image of the other side of the album, which contained an image of her with her body facing away from the camera.

The entire track list including ‘File Name: The Black Dog’ was included.

On the same day, she changed her profile picture across all social platforms to herself as seen on the new album cover.

She also shared her posts on her Instagram Stories announcing the bonus track alongside a black heart emoji.

Her Sunday night show is the second out of six concerts she will be performing in Singapore.

On Monday night, she will return to the stage for her third performance before taking a two-day break and resuming for the next three consecutive shows.

On Saturday during her first Eras Tour concert performance in the country, Swift shared a meaningful story to her fans about how Singapore is special to her and her family.

‘My mom actually spent a lot of her childhood with her mom and dad and sister growing up in Singapore,’ she told to the venue full of listening fans about her mother Andrea Swift.

In a video shared on X by a fanpage account, she explained: ‘A lot of the time when we’d come here on tour, my mom would take me and drive me past her old house, where she used to go to school.

‘So I’ve been hearing about Singapore my whole life,’ she continued.

‘To get to come here and play a show this big with so many beautiful, generous people, it means the world,’ she said.

For her Sunday concert, BLACKPINK’s Lisa was reportedly spotted in attendance and exchanging friendship bracelets in the crowd.

Other celebrities supporting Swift at her recent shows included Katy Perry, Rita Ora and Taika Waititi as well as boyfriend Travis Kelce for her Sydney concerts.
